Head of Growth or Growth Director

Growth Director / Head of Growth

Salary: DOE, Bonus + Equity Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days office-based)

Our client is a rapidly growing consumer brand specialising in wellness, sport, and performance, ready to accelerate into a new phase of expansion. With established market traction, an updated product range, and a clear growth roadmap, they’re seeking a commercially astute growth leader to chart the next phase of their journey.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to take on the first dedicated growth role within a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.

  • Take full ownership of customer acquisition and growth strategy from day one.
  • Play a key role in a major brand relaunch, including new products, refreshed packaging, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work closely with the founder in a high-autonomy environment, where decisions move quickly.
  • Gain meaningful equity stakes, with the potential to share in future business success.
  • Influence performance marketing, brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience—not just select channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
