Growth Director / Head of Growth
Salary: DOE, Bonus + Equity Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days office-based)
Our client is a rapidly growing consumer brand specialising in wellness, sport, and performance, ready to accelerate into a new phase of expansion. With established market traction, an updated product range, and a clear growth roadmap, they’re seeking a commercially astute growth leader to chart the next phase of their journey.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to take on the first dedicated growth role within a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
- Take full ownership of customer acquisition and growth strategy from day one.
- Play a key role in a major brand relaunch, including new products, refreshed packaging, and sustainability initiatives.
- Work closely with the founder in a high-autonomy environment, where decisions move quickly.
- Gain meaningful equity stakes, with the potential to share in future business success.
- Influence performance marketing, brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience—not just select channels.

Responsibilities
• Own and optimise paid acquisition activity, with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). • Create, test, and improve Shopify landing pages for maximum conversion. • Develop and manage email and SMS automation campaigns. • Drive creative testing and collaborate with external partners. • Track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements rapidly. • Support additional channels including Google Ads, Amazon, and emerging acquisition tools.
Your Profile
• Proven track record of delivering growth in DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands. • Strong hands-on expertise in paid social and performance marketing. • Ability to manage the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention. • Commercially driven with deep knowledge of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and scalable growth. • Naturally proactive, adaptable, and excels in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. • Open to leveraging AI and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and ROI.
