Salary
Growth Manager £40k-£55k base Performance bonus OTE £50k-£70k Head of Growth & Partnerships £55k-£80k base Performance bonus OTE £75k-£100k
The role We’re looking for a commercially minded Growth Manager or Head of Growth & Partnerships to help drive the agency’s next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with the founder, business development team and designers to increase awareness of Shoreditch Design, strengthen our positioning and create new opportunities. We’re not looking for someone focused purely on social media or brand marketing. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, generating opportunities, creating partnerships, analysing performance and helping turn great work into commercial growth. This role could suit: An experienced Growth Manager ready for their next step A Head of Growth looking for greater ownership Someone from an agency, consultancy or B2B services background

What you’ll be doing
Growth & demand generation Build and execute growth strategies Identify new sectors and opportunities Develop repeatable lead generation systems Increase awareness of Shoreditch Design Support the agency’s long-term growth ambitions
Outbound & pipeline Build outbound campaigns Define target accounts Support prospect research Improve outreach performance Support the business development team
Sales & pitches Support the Business Development team on key opportunities Attend discovery calls and pitch meetings when required Help shape proposals and presentations Contribute market and sector insights Strengthen positioning and messaging Support follow-up activity after pitches Help improve conversion rates Ensure sales and marketing activity remain aligned
SEO & paid acquisition Manage Google Ads activity Improve organic search visibility Develop SEO initiatives Monitor website performance Increase inbound opportunities

What success looks like
First 3 months Understand Shoreditch’s services, positioning and clients Review existing marketing and business development activity Audit current pipeline and reporting processes Identify growth opportunities Build a clear growth roadmap
First 6 months Launch new growth initiatives Improve consistency of marketing activity Increase visibility within target sectors Build early partnership and referral channels Improve reporting and funnel visibility Strengthen collaboration between growth and business development
First 12 months Build a repeatable growth engine Improve the quality and consistency of opportunities entering the pipeline Increase awareness and reputation of Shoreditch Design Create scalable systems across content, outbound, SEO, partnerships and referrals Contribute measurable growth in pipeline and revenue Become a trusted commercial partner to the founder and business development team
