About Incard Incard’s mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs. We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer. Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own Incard’s growth engine end-to-end. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, product, and experimentation. You will be responsible for building repeatable, scalable acquisition channels and turning Incard into a category-defining product for digital businesses. This is not a brand-only or agency-management role. It’s an operator role, with full ownership of growth outcomes. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Performance Ownership Own Incard’s growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation Build and scale repeatable growth loops with a strong focus on ROI and payback Operate with founder-level ownership over results Acquisition & Distribution Own and scale Incard’s acquisition channels, including: Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube; TikTok where relevant) SEO & content-driven growth Partnerships, affiliates, and communities Founder-led and ecosystem-driven growth Prioritise scalable, defensible channels over short-term wins Decide where and when to invest paid spend based on clear performance signals Experimentation & Optimisation Build a continuous experimentation framework across ads, funnels, offers, and landing pages Translate insights into high-performing creative angles and messaging Kill what doesn’t work quickly; double down on what scales Analytics, Tracking & Measurement Own growth analytics and performance tracking Define and monitor core KPIs, including: CAC, LTV, payback period Activation and cohort retention Feature adoption and conversion Build a clean, reliable attribution and tracking stack Ensure all growth decisions are data-backed Creative & Product Collaboration Work closely with Product, Design, and Brand to: Turn product features into acquisition and retention levers Align growth messaging with real product value You don’t design assets yourself, but you know what converts Team & Leadership Start hands-on, then progressively build and lead a high-performing Growth team Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership Set a high bar for execution, ownership, and velocity What We’re Looking For Experience 5–10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles Proven track record scaling growth at a high-growth startup or scale-up Strong experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or platform businesses Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets Experience scaling products from early traction to meaningful revenue Skills & Mindset Deep analytical and data-driven mindset Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing Product-oriented thinker with strong execution skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering High ownership, high standards, low ego Nice to Have Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, or e-commerce ecosystems Experience scaling across multiple European markets Background in category creation or early market positioning Fluent or professional-level French (strong plus, given our ecosystem and influencer partnerships) Location This role can be based in London or Paris, with hybrid work. We value in-person collaboration and regularly bring teams together, while maintaining flexibility when needed.
