Head of Growth
Head of Growth Marketing
We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to drive growth for CoreVitals, a brand redefining proactive health. You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel growth campaigns - with a major focus on Meta and paid social to influencers and owned channels. You’ll combine creative storytelling with sharp analytical thinking to attract, engage, and convert customers through compelling narratives and high-performing campaigns.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who blends art and science - a creative storyteller who knows Ads Manager inside out, writes copy that cuts through, and constantly iterates toward better CAC, LTV, and brand resonance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the paid social growth engine, leading creative direction, testing, and scaling across Meta and emerging platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns that combine storytelling, creative testing, and data-driven insights.
- Write and refine ad copy, hooks, and campaign messaging that communicate our mission and drive action.
- Develop and refine campaign narratives and messaging, ensuring consistency across ads, landing pages, email, and social content.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to evolve brand storytelling and improve the post-click experience.
- Manage influencer and creator collaborations, integrating them into broader growth campaigns.
- Lead structured experimentation across channels, creative formats, and audience segments to uncover scalable growth levers.
- Analyse and communicate performance insights, translating data into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance-driven brand marketing.
- Significant hands-on Meta and Social Ads experience, ideally across multiple verticals with a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and driving measurable growth.
- A sharp grasp of creative strategy, campaign structure, and copywriting.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or health tech growth function.
- Strong comfort with funnel design, landing page optimisation, and conversion testing.
- Analytical mindset with creative intuition - you can zoom in on the numbers without losing the narrative.
- Deep understanding of customer psychology, conversion funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience collaborating across teams - creative, product, and data - to deliver measurable growth.
