Not many agency leadership roles come with the chance to genuinely shape the future and be a part-owner… but this one does.
We're working exclusively with an award-winning brand design and digital agency that's spent the last decade building an enviable reputation for creative work, strong client relationships, and sustainable growth. They've built a brilliant team, a loyal client base, and a business that's profitable, stable, and respected.
Now they're looking for someone to help take it to the next level.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially-minded agency professional to join a small, ambitious team and play a major role in shaping the future of the business. You'll lead growth, help steer commercial decisions, and, over time, have the opportunity to become a genuine partner in the agency.
If you've ever looked at agencies and thought, "I'd love the opportunity to build something of my own one day" but haven’t been able to get started for one reason or another, this could be a perfect way of getting that plan going.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
