Head of Growth
London, Hybrid
Salary up to £110,000
This is an opportunity to shape and scale the growth strategy of a well-established consumer brand business undergoing significant digital transformation. Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and brand, you will lead the acquisition and growth agenda, driving measurable commercial impact across multiple customer touchpoints.

The Role
As Head of Growth, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and digital growth strategy, leading performance across paid, organic, and emerging channels.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing growth strategies across PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and other acquisition channels
- Driving SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategies to strengthen visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms
- Leading attribution, measurement, incrementality testing, and marketing performance analysis
- Building forecasting models and supporting strategic budget allocation decisions
- Creating and scaling a high-performance experimentation framework focused on commercial outcomes
- Developing integrated media plans that align customer acquisition, brand objectives, and revenue growth
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing growth team
- Working closely with brand, technology, ecommerce, merchandising, and analytics stakeholders to deliver business-wide growth initiatives
- Identifying, testing, and scaling new marketing channels and acquisition opportunities
Your Skills & Experience

- Strong commercial experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition leadership
- Deep expertise across SEO, GEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
- Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics
- Experience translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and optimise investment performance
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, and profitability measures
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
