How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence across engineering projects.
  • Drive cost reduction programs by identifying inefficiencies and improving resource utilization.
  • Implement process improvements that maintain quality and safety standards while enhancing efficiency.
  • Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation and process optimization projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical or non-technical roles, with a passion for rejoining the workforce.
  • A career break of 1+ years is welcomed, along with transferable skills and a growth mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives and delivering measurable financial benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to produce and present performance reports to senior management.
