Head of GTM Enablement – Wiz

SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations (RevOps), the Head of GTM (Go-To-Market) Enablement will:

  • Architect, scale, and lead global field and partner enablement.
  • Move beyond legacy training metrics to own 100% operational qualification of field teams, ensuring every rep can independently execute core narrative and platform value story.

At this critical moment of scale, you’ll champion change management, scalability, and AI-driven learning, partnering with Product to leverage our AI-powered infrastructure (Merlin). Your leadership will help deliver hyper-relevant, "just-in-time" learning tailored to the needs of a fast-growing, global sales force.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Scale, Strategy & Change Management

  • Drive change management: Architect and execute robust change strategies to implement new sales motions, messaging standards, and methodologies across a fast-evolving global field force.
  • Scale GTM infrastructure: Build the equipment and deliverables necessary to support rapid field expansion, ensuring onboarding velocity aligns with corporate growth investments.
  • Agile operating model: Establish a rapid, sprint-based execution cadence to deploy targeted messaging updates at the speed of product innovation.

Methodology, Playbook & AI Innovation

  • Codify the playbook: Embed enterprise qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and core sales processes into discovery templates and deal-review scripts.
  • Enforce success gates: Define clear proficiency requirements for onboarding and ongoing readiness, ensuring reps are fully certified to execute the core narrative.
  • Bite-sized AI delivery: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate sales strategies directly into our AI tools, transitioning from long-form training to "snackable," just-in-time learning.

Field, Partner & Leadership Execution

  • Regional & segment delivery: Oversee global field enablement resources to ensure frameworks are contextualized for local markets, BDOs, and specialized sectors.
  • Safeguard partner scaling: Maintain our standalone partner enablement engine to scale cloud provider relationships and channel certifications independently.
  • Frontline manager coaching: Build data-driven coaching workflows to transform managers into elite sales mentors, reinforcing execution of strategic plays.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Key requirements for this role:

  • Scale & growth leadership: Demonstrated ability to scale enablement or GTM strategy through periods of significant enterprise B2B SaaS growth.
  • Change management expertise: Proven track record in guiding large global teams through messaging, product portfolio, or process shifts.
  • Global team management: Extensive experience leading distributed teams across central, regional, and partner-facing functions.
  • Methodology & tech literacy: Hands-on expertise in scaling enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and leveraging AI to optimize knowledge delivery.
  • Outcome-driven mindset: Prioritizes measurable results—such as ramp velocity, field qualification, and play adoption—over traditional vanity metrics.
