Head of GTM Engineering
Head of GTM Engineering
Build the GTM Operating System for the companies shaping B2B's future, and help us build ours.
About ColdIQ ColdIQ is a B2B go-to-market platform helping fast-growing companies build pipeline through modern GTM systems. We combine outbound, content, and paid media to build revenue-focused strategies for SaaS and AI companies. We are now launching a new API-first product allowing GTM teams to orchestrate their campaigns using Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent or any coding agents.
The Role We're looking for a Head of GTM Engineering to join ColdIQ at the very start of this new chapter.
Phase 1 : Client Implementations Your first mission is to lead the implementation of our product for early clients. You'll build and validate GTM Operating Systems and GTM Brains using Claude Code, directly with clients, in a done-with-you delivery model. Quality of implementation is the only metric that matters.
Phase 2 : Head of GTM Engineering As the product matures and the client base grows, you'll transition into leading GTM Engineering across the company, shaping how we build, deliver, and scale these systems internally and for clients. This is a founding role. The person who joins shapes what GTM Engineering at ColdIQ looks like at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
