About the Role

We believe real-time translation should be everywhere – yet it isn’t. Some people are so fierce about languages that they struggle to connect across borders, at meals, with important people at work, or when scaling new businesses. We exist to thread those gaps.

This is it: The First Genuine Real-Time Translation Product. ✨🌍

Ditch growth hacks, legacy playbooks, and ideation workshops. You’ll work on creating something totally new. From scratch. Not optimising a pipeline, iterating on a service—building the future from zero.


What We’re Driving to Build

  • Real-time conversation so effortless, they seem like old friends – where language divides no longer exist.
  • Interest ≠ validation. You’ll decide exactly who we’ll say yes to. Your go-to-market isn’t “launched”: it’s a holy grail. How did you go from nothing to a real audience? How will we turn curiosity into action?
  • The first PMMs, evangelists, converting customers and advocates before the product ships.
  • A go-to-market that sets the standard, not follows later.

What We’re Looking For

We’re most excited about people who leave where they end up because someone believed in them. Not by hammering the round peg, but shaping the hole.

✅ Built something from (near) zero to something exact.

  • A community, side hustle, distribution channel, or state-of-the-art experiment where you:
    • weathered the chaos of creation
    • devised the unexpected approach that moved the needle
    • can interpret how it works and how to scale it better

✅ The range of a rogue founder valorised in GTM.

  • Make launch-years feel like 24-month experiments instead of stressful bureaucracies
  • Own the macro and the micro worlds endlessly: understand market pain, reverse-engineer the ideal customer, and be capable of anything between (or beyond) sales, marketing, partnerships, and whatever’s next
  • Operate in the early stage blur magic—doing what others aren’t but envisioning in search where you don’t yet know if you’ll be fast enough
  • Where one person fits all the corners: scraper, choral ethos manager, and number-cruncher rolled into one
