Build the framework. Shape the culture. Influence the future. Keeping Real Estate in Rhythm.
At Regency, we believe exceptional buildings don't happen by chance. They perform because exceptional people take ownership, work together and never stop raising the standard.
We're looking for a senior Health, Safety, Risk & Compliance leader to help shape the next chapter of our business.
This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains compliance. It's for someone who wants to build something better.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll lead the development of Regency's Health, Safety, Risk & Compliance strategy, creating the governance, assurance and risk frameworks that will support our continued growth across Property Management, Facilities Management and Asset Advisory.
- Influence senior leaders
- Challenge constructively
- Strengthen operational performance
- Help create a culture where health, safety and compliance are everyone's responsibility, not just yours

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
