Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Hospitality & Events to lead the delivery of world-class hospitality and event services within a prestigious financial services environment. This is a senior leadership role for an individual who combines a genuine passion for food, people, and service with the commercial acumen and strategic vision required to drive excellence across a high-profile corporate catering operation.
As the face of hospitality for the contract, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and continuously enhancing standards in line with both client expectations and company objectives.

- Build trusted, influential relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary hospitality ambassador for the contract, ensuring exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint.
- Understand client priorities and proactively develop solutions that support their business goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions, translating insights into measurable improvements.
Hospitality & Events Excellence
- Oversee the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of high-end corporate events, executive dining, meetings, conferences, and hospitality experiences.
- Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of food quality, presentation, service, and guest experience.
- Work closely with culinary teams to deliver innovative and market-leading food concepts.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail, consistency, and operational excellence.
Strategic Development & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement hospitality strategies that align with both client and company objectives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance service, efficiency, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
- Analyse performance metrics and client feedback to inform decision-making and future planning.
- Lead change initiatives and improvement projects that elevate the overall hospitality offering.
Commercial & Operational Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring delivery against agreed targets.
- Monitor labour, costs, and operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
- Support business growth through innovation, relationship management, and value creation.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience within corporate hospitality, events, catering, or luxury service environments.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship management skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Inspirational and people-focused leader.
