Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in London and beyond.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems effectively.
- Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
- Proven experience in human resources leadership within the professional services sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.
