Head of HR Business Partnering

As our Head of HR Business Partnering, reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our People Strategy with business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team of HR Business Partners across our whole business. This will include Senior Leadership, Operational areas such as Flight Deck, Ground Operations and Cabin Crew as well as our Head Office functions and Overseas Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Champion organisational and talent development, engagement and drive culture and change initiatives to enable business success and ensure our colleagues and Take Me There values are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions, oversee performance management, and collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, driving a high-performance culture and supporting change across the organisation.
  • Be an energetic proactive “do-er” that can prioritise large programmes of work and make them happen. In the detail enough to know what’s going on but empowering of your team to drive them forward.
  • Drive the HR team to support the business using best practice initiatives, keeping abreast of key developments in the industry and HR in general.

What You’ll Have

  • Proven experience of leading large HR teams in fast-paced, complex environments (ideally +7k colleagues), with a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, at a strategic level.
  • Experience in organisational design, performance management, employee relations and change management and the ability to deliver results at pace.
  • Leadership, communication and relationship-building skills will be second to none, and you’ll thrive on motivating teams and driving continuous improvement.
