About RemotePass
RemotePass is a leading global platform transforming the way businesses access and manage top talent. Recognised as one of G2's Top 100 Fastest Growing Software Products, we're on a mission to break down geographical barriers and create a world where exceptional talent can thrive anywhere.
By streamlining global hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, RemotePass empowers organisations to build high-performing remote teams. We are backed by world-class investors: Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund and Plug & Play.
About the Role
As Head of HR Operations, you'll own the day-to-day running of the People function for RemotePass's own globally distributed team. This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You'll keep our internal HR engine running smoothly as we grow, personally doing the work while leading a small, capable team across HR operations and talent acquisition.
This is an operator's role, not a strategist's. If you're energised by owning the details, being the go-to person, and running a tight, reliable operation, you'll thrive here.
Please note: This role covers RemotePass's own internal team only, not the EOR or contractor employees we manage on behalf of our clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
