The role:

Head of HR, 12-month FTC, reporting to the CPO but embedded day-to-day with the Chief Engineering Officer

  • Individual contributor seat, one direct report, dotted line to two more
  • Owns employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning for the delivery business, not just advisory input
  • Operates across a globally distributed team, multiple jurisdictions, with around 400 employees

What we're looking for:

  • Senior HRBP or Head of People experience inside a services business, ideally 300–800 headcount (tech, consulting or engineering environments all count)
  • Confident in leading complex ER and change conversations without a large team behind you
  • Commercially literate, understands margin, utilisation and what that means for people's decisions
  • Comfortable balancing local employment nuance with global consistency
  • Tech understanding is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Available on short notice
