Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, premium multi-site business to appoint a Head of HR.
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
This is a pivotal leadership role for an organisation with ambitious expansion plans over the coming years. Reporting into the senior leadership team, the successful individual will lead the people agenda across a growing operational workforce, ensuring the business has the right people, structure, and capability to support its continued growth.
This role requires a commercially minded HR leader who understands that HR is not simply a support function but a key driver of business performance, workforce productivity, retention, and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to the executive team
- Supporting business growth through strategic workforce planning and organizational design
- Leading employee relations, employment law compliance, and people risk management
- Building management capability through coaching and leadership support
- Driving recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent strategies
- Developing scalable HR processes, policies, and people frameworks
- Using workforce data and people analytics to support commercial decision-making
- Ensuring the organisation maintains an efficient, productive, and engaged workforce while balancing service excellence and commercial outcomes

Ideal profile:
- Senior HR leadership experience within a multi-site, operational environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business performance
- Deep expertise in UK employment law and employee relations
- Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation, or site expansion
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and able to influence leaders while maintaining high standards and accountability
