Head of HR – Premium Hospitality Brand (West End, London)

Salary: £100,000 – £110,000

We are seeking an exceptional Head of HR to lead the People and Culture agenda for a prestigious high-end hospitality brand based in London’s West End. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping a world-class employee experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Your mission: Design and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy that strengthens culture, elevates performance, and supports the continued growth of a premium hospitality business.


The Role

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive People Strategy aligned with business goals and brand values
  • Design and implement a best-in-class Learning and Development strategy, fostering continuous growth, capability building, and clear career pathways
  • Champion a high-performance, people-first culture, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall employee experience
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to align HR strategies with commercial and service excellence
  • Oversee talent management, including:
    • Succession planning
    • Leadership development
    • Performance frameworks
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and strengthen employer brand positioning within the hospitality market
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and commercially sound outcomes across the business
  • Support organisational design and workforce planning across multiple sites in a dynamic operational environment

Experience

Required background includes:

  • Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury retail, or premium leisure environments
  • Strong expertise in Learning and Development strategy and people development
  • Demonstrable success in:
    • Building high-performance cultures
    • Improving employee engagement and retention
  • Experience in:
    • Organisational design
    • Talent strategy
    • Cultural transformation within fast-moving, multi-site businesses
  • Commercially astute, balancing people priorities with operational demands
  • A confident, influential leader who:
    • Can partner effectively with senior stakeholders
    • Inspires teams at all levels
