The Group also comprises of Apprenticeships at Salford City College and University Centre at Salford City College.

- Salary: £37,976.00 - £41,846.00 (Pro rata actual salary £33,660.00-£37,090.00). Incremental progression throughout the band is available
- Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
- Hours per Week: 36 hours
- Location: 1 x Future Skills, 1 x Eccles, 1 x City Skills, 1 x Worsley and 1 x Pendleton Sixth Form
About The Role
The Head of Inclusion plays a pivotal role within our colleges, ensuring that inclusion is at the heart of everything we do to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
In this role, you will lead, manage, staff within the Learning Support department. You will develop a team of Inclusion Support Assistants (ISAs), driving the consistent delivery of high-quality, personalised support. You will be responsible for ensuring that learners with SEND, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), as well as those identified as high needs, receive the tailored support they require to thrive and achieve their full potential.
