About the Role
The World Land Trust (WLT) is seeking a Senior Data and Technology Professional to lead the Head of Information Governance and Technology Delivery role.

This role will focus on:
- Leading the coordination of the organisation’s Information Governance & Technology Strategy and associated roadmap
- Ensuring programmes, projects, and service improvements are well-planned, prioritised, governed, and embedded
- Acting as the key liaison between strategic intent and operational delivery
- Providing oversight, coordination, and assurance across the service, while fostering strong relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and deliver the Information Governance and Technology Strategy and roadmap
- Ensure alignment with overall organisational objectives
Programme & Project Oversight
- Manage programmes and project management of key information governance and technology projects with robust governance, reporting, collaboration, and engagement
- Ensure swift and effective implementation of strategic initiatives

Assurance & Accountability
- Lead assurance across the Information Governance and Technology service
- Provide oversight of:
- Cyber security
- Information governance
- System control environments
- Operational risk
Stakeholder Engagement
- Be the trusted point of contact for all information governance and technology programmes and projects
- Build strong relationships with:
- Internal colleagues
- External partners and stakeholders
Leadership & Team Management
- Hold direct line management responsibility for the information governance and technology team
