Head of Technology – London – Hybrid - Hospitality - £120k base + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a Head of Technology to join a globally recognised international hospitality brand, leading the delivery of a forward-thinking technology strategy to build a scalable, fully integrated, product-led ecosystem that drives both commercial success and operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to directly influence key commercial drivers including customer conversion, average transaction value, and customer lifetime value, while ensuring reliable and scalable restaurant technology operations across a rapidly growing estate.

The successful candidate will define and deliver clear, prioritised technology roadmaps that support multi-site growth, optimise end-to-end technology ecosystems, and deliver measurable commercial impact. You will take ownership of in-restaurant technology performance, ensuring seamless, high-performing operations across all sites.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to operate effectively across operations, marketing, and growth teams to translate technology into tangible commercial outcomes. You will own the performance of all in-restaurant technology (including POS, kitchen systems, connectivity, and payments) and support wider business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic technology implementation.

Key Requirements:
- Hospitality industry experience
- Proven Head of Technology experience
- Experienced within a digital product environment
- Commercial mindset
- Experience of ITIL, ITSM, and ITAM frameworks
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects
- Experienced scaling technology functions with fast-growth business
- Hands-on technical understanding with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: £120k base plus benefits
