Senior Digital & Data Manager
London | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | £55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Senior Digital & Data Manager to lead the evolution of its technology, data and digital systems for a mission led, not-for-profit who are influencing global investors to look to the future. It’s a great time to join with investment in digital capabilities, where you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, drive innovation and deliver meaningful improvements across the business.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the organisation's digital infrastructure, data governance and IT operations, ensuring systems are secure, scalable and fit for the future.

- Developing and delivering the organisation's digital and data roadmap.
- Leading the management and optimisation of key business systems, including CRM, Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
- Leading the Data function, to create proactive, insights that will support growth and strategic goals.
- Managing external IT partners and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Leading cyber security initiatives, policies and risk management.
- Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Managing IT budgets, suppliers, assets and contracts.
- Acting as the organisation's subject matter expert for digital systems and data.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing digital systems, IT infrastructure and organisational data.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience would be advantageous).
- Experience delivering digital transformation or systems improvement projects.
- A solid understanding of cyber security, GDPR and data governance.
- Experience managing third-party IT providers and technology suppliers.
- An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
