Head of Innovation

London | £150,000 - £160,000

IGA Talent Solutions have engaged with another legal services client to support the in appointing a Head of Innovation.

This is an opportunity to shape and lead the innovation agenda for a renowned law firm going through growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive strategic change, identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and ensure innovation delivers measurable value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the firm's innovation strategy, aligned to business priorities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of innovation initiatives from concept through to delivery.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for business improvement and transformation.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Measure the impact of innovation initiatives and ensure they deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Monitor emerging market trends and build relationships with external partners and vendors.

Experience

  • Proven experience leading innovation, transformation, or strategic change programmes in legal services, preferably a law firm.
  • Commercially minded and delivery focused with a good understanding of the latest AI trends in legal.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
