About Strategos Analytics

Strategos Analytics OÜ is a B2B SaaS company developing Revenue Navigator, a Revenue Operations and Revenue Intelligence platform designed to help organisations integrate commercial data, improve operational visibility and make better revenue-related decisions.

We are building a secure and scalable platform that connects CRM, billing, customer support and customer success systems, enabling businesses to obtain a unified view of their revenue operations.

We are seeking a multilingual and highly qualified Head of Integrations to take ownership of our integration strategy and lead the development of Revenue Navigator’s connectivity ecosystem.

The Role

The Head of Integrations will be responsible for defining, managing and executing the integrations roadmap for Revenue Navigator.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, product team and engineering team to design and implement reliable integrations with Salesforce and other major business platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining Salesforce expertise, business analysis, integration design, technical coordination and Agile delivery.

As the company grows, the Head of Integrations will also be expected to help build and lead a dedicated integrations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the integrations strategy and product integration roadmap.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Revenue Navigator and CRM, billing, customer support and customer success platforms.
  • Define functional and technical integration requirements in collaboration with product, engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Lead Salesforce-related architecture, configuration and integration initiatives.
  • Design and document data flows between Revenue Navigator and external systems.
  • Coordinate the implementation of integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and SQL.
  • Work closely with software engineers to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, reliable and maintainable.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage integration testing, validation, troubleshooting and release readiness.
  • Maintain technical documentation relating to APIs, data mappings, integration workflows and system dependencies.
  • Coordinate with external technology partners, vendors and platform providers.
  • Support the prioritisation of integrations based on customer requirements, commercial value and strategic importance.
  • Apply Scrum and Agile practices to integration-related projects.
  • Contribute to product planning and strategic discussions directly with the CEO.
  • Help recruit, develop and lead a future integrations function as the company expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
