National Partnership Strategy Lead – London, UK

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of our UK partnership strategy, expanding and deepening our panel of strategic intermediaries while ensuring every relationship aligns with our broader commercial priorities.

Seická lead a high-performing team of Partnership Directors and Executives, oversee our Investment Sales Desk, and act as the Senior Relationship Owner for key national partners.

This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with exceptional relationship management, and who wants to shape the national strategy—rather than merely manage a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national partnership strategy, driving growth through high-quality intermediary relationships.
  • Develop and implement the UK Intermediary Partnerships Strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify and secure new strategic partnerships, including with IFAs, Nationals, and Networks.
  • Act as the Senior Relationship Owner for priority partners, strengthening long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Build strong connections between Raymond James senior leadership and senior stakeholders across target firms.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of intermediaries.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to align campaigns, events, and initiatives with partnership objectives.
  • Represent Raymond James at partner events, industry forums, and joint initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of national roadshows, seminars, and events.
  • Partner with Investment Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our product proposition and investment philosophy.
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and intermediary trend analysis to inform strategy.
  • Ensure implementing robust MI, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
