Are you an experienced Bridging Finance professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams? Would you like to work for the second biggest non-bank lender?
We're looking for a Head of Internal Bridging Sales to lead and develop a busy internal sales function, driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional service to broker partners.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Telephone Business Development Managers
- Overseeing the Sales Administration function
- Ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and service levels are consistently achieved
You'll play a pivotal role in:
- Developing teams
- Improving processes
- Managing performance
- Supporting complex lending enquiries
- Collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams

- Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Bridging Sales and Sales Administration teams
- Drive proactive outbound and inbound sales activity
- Manage team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives
- Support complex case referrals and approve exceptions where appropriate
- Monitor sales pipelines and CRM accuracy
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise opportunities
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing development to the team
- Champion CRM best practice, reporting, and data integrity
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Extensive Bridging Finance experience gained within a specialist lender, bank, non-bank lender, or brokerage.
- Previous experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the specialist lending market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver against targets.
