Head of Internal Bridging Sales

Are you an experienced Bridging Finance professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams? Would you like to work for the second biggest non-bank lender?

We're looking for a Head of Internal Bridging Sales to lead and develop a busy internal sales function, driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional service to broker partners.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Telephone Business Development Managers
  • Overseeing the Sales Administration function
  • Ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and service levels are consistently achieved

You'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Developing teams
  • Improving processes
  • Managing performance
  • Supporting complex lending enquiries
  • Collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Bridging Sales and Sales Administration teams
  • Drive proactive outbound and inbound sales activity
  • Manage team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives
  • Support complex case referrals and approve exceptions where appropriate
  • Monitor sales pipelines and CRM accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise opportunities
  • Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing development to the team
  • Champion CRM best practice, reporting, and data integrity

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Extensive Bridging Finance experience gained within a specialist lender, bank, non-bank lender, or brokerage.
  • Previous experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the specialist lending market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver against targets.
