We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Head of International Marketing to lead and deliver our global marketing approach across key international markets. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales priorities, and maximising return on investment across all channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders across sales and product, you will play a key role in achieving TTS Group’s ambitious international growth targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and support the execution of the international marketing strategy, enhancing the go-to-market (GTM) approach for both distributor marketing and direct engagement with international schools.
- Own and deliver a full-funnel marketing strategy across all key channels, including events, print, email, digital content, international website and distributor hub.
- Oversee and manage the international marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.
- Work in close partnership with the Director of International Sales, Head of Distributor Sales, and Head of International Schools to align on commercial priorities, market opportunities, and campaign focus.
- Collaborate with the Product team to support successful product launches and drive global engagement with new and existing ranges.
- Partner with Digital Merchandisers to ensure alignment on international websites, optimising content, campaigns and customer journeys in line with key trading priorities and regional opportunities.
- Lead marketing initiatives that directly contribute to achieving strategic international growth targets.
- Manage and develop the international marketing function, ensuring clear priorities, strong performance, and alignment with wider business objectives.
Experience
- Ideally within education or a multi-channel environment.
- Strong track record of developing and delivering full-funnel marketing strategies across multiple regions.
- Experience working with distributor models as well as direct-to-customer marketing approaches.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
- Experience supporting product launches and working cross-functionally with product teams.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
