London - Head of International Platforms Product

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of International Platforms Product to join our growing International Platforms organisation and play a pivotal role in scaling software-led payments and embedded finance solutions across global markets. This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our international platforms portfolio. You will work across regions, product domains, and stakeholder groups to deliver scalable, market-relevant platform capabilities that enable software partners to launch, grow, and expand globally.

About the Team

The International Platforms Product team sits at the centre of our software-led growth strategy. We own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for international platform capabilities, helping software partners embed payments and financial services into the experiences their customers depend on every day. Today, we support markets including Australia and the UK while developing the framework and product model that will enable future international expansion.

Working closely with regional commercial teams and central platform organisations, we deliver globally consistent solutions tailored to local market needs.

What you’ll own

  • Own and evolve the International Platforms product strategy, defining how we deliver a scalable, multi-geography platform experience for software partners.
  • Develop and execute a global product roadmap that supports partner launch, growth, and expansion across current and future markets.
  • Lead platform strategy across established and emerging markets while creating a repeatable product framework for international expansion.
  • Define how core payments, embedded finance, onboarding, partner enablement, reporting, settlement, and omnichannel capabilities work together within a unified platform experience.
  • Balance global platform consistency with local regulatory, operational, and market requirements.
  • Serve as the senior product partner to regional general managers, commercial leaders, and central product teams.
  • Ensure international platform requirements are represented in enterprise architecture discussions, investment planning, and governance forums.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers responsible for the International Platforms portfolio.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, operations, commercial, and regional teams to deliver simple, scalable solutions for partners.
  • Influence broader platform priorities and strategic roadmap decisions at a senior leadership level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
