Head of International Strategy Consulting
The Head of International Strategy Consulting is a newly created executive role in our Corporate Strategy team. This individual will lead a high-impact in-house management consulting team responsible for delivering timebound, high-stakes strategic engagements for the enterprise’s most senior leaders.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Group Chief Strategy Officer, the Head of International Strategy Consulting will be a trusted advisor to our European and International divisional business leaders on developing customized strategies aligned with enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep consulting expertise, exceptional executive presence, and a passion for developing talent and driving growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advice senior leadership on shaping the strategic agenda and translating vision into actionable initiatives.
- Lead and scale a high-performing internal consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence, intellectual rigor, and client service.
- Scope, structure, and oversee delivery of enterprise-wide consulting engagements that address the organization’s most critical challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure all engagements are insight-driven, analytically robust, and deliver measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a thought partner and catalyst for change.
- Develop and institutionalize consulting methodologies, toolkits, and knowledge assets to ensure consistency and quality across engagements.
- Develop process for regular auditing progress of initiatives and engagements to ensure timely adjustments to ensure successful results
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier strategic consulting talent, providing mentorship and career development pathways.
