Role Description
The Head of Investor Relations is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, including managing communications with current and prospective investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders. The role involves partnering closely with the executive team and finance function to analyze financial results, track market developments, and respond to investor inquiries. The Head of Investor Relations will also support fundraising activities, contribute to capital markets planning, and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Investor Relations and Investments, with a proven ability to manage relationships with institutional and private investors.
- Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills, including interpreting financial statements, building clear narratives from data, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in preparing Investor Presentations and related materials that communicate complex information in a concise, engaging, and accurate way.
- Background in capital markets, corporate finance, or investment banking is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience working in high-growth, startup, or consumer-focused businesses; exposure to attractions, leisure, or entertainment sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
