Our client, a growing technology company, urgently require an experienced Head of IT to join their team on a permanent basis.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
- Experience of leading significant IT initiatives, with ownership of technology outcomes within a SME or growing organisation
- Strong Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud platforms
- Experience of supporting ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks
- Comfortable in operating at both strategic and hands-on level
- SC Cleared

Within This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensure the organisation's systems tooling and tech services support secure growth
- Shaping and delivering technology roadmap, maintaining a secure and resilient tech environment and enabling adoption of emerging technologies including AI and automation
- Lead delivery of IT services
- Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day administration of technology platforms
- Ensure employees have the tools, systems and support required to work effectively
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle management and user access controls
- Implement opportunities for automation and AI-enabled ways of working
- Manage stakeholder and 3rd party relationships
