We give you a world of potential

Computershare has a unique opportunity for a Head of IT Delivery to join our global technology team at a pivotal time of growth & transformation.

Reporting directly to the CIO for our Issuer Services business, you will lead the delivery function and be responsible for turning technology strategy into business outcomes. Overseeing key technology value streams, you’ll drive the successful execution of complex programmes and projects, ensuring robust governance, effective prioritization and consistently high-quality delivery.

A role you will love

As our Head of IT Delivery, you will provide direct leadership across our delivery function, leading value stream delivery leads, project managers and scrum masters. You’ll set clear expectations, remove obstacles, strengthen delivery discipline and ensure teams remain focused on delivering against commitments and achieving measurable outcomes.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Operations leaders, you will align delivery priorities, manage dependencies and resolve cross-functional challenges. You'll also provide clear and transparent delivery updates to senior stakeholders, helping to drive informed decision-making across the business.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of projects and programmes, maintaining oversight of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and expected business benefits.
  • Ensure delivery plans are realistic, regularly reviewed and clearly communicated, with accountability for actions and timely escalation where required.
  • Identify delivery risks, process inefficiencies and recurring challenges, implementing practical improvements to strengthen execution.
  • Drive consistency across delivery teams through effective planning, reporting, governance, estimation and dependency management practices.
  • Coach and support delivery leaders, helping them navigate delivery challenges, manage stakeholder expectations and build high-performing teams.
  • Maintain robust delivery governance standards, ensuring appropriate controls are in place across planning, reporting, risk management, release readiness and operational handover.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
