Head of IT Service Delivery
The Head of IT Service Delivery is responsible for aligning IT and business strategies to ensure systems effectively support business operations. The role drives digital transformation through automation, cloud solutions, and integration with key partners, while supporting efficiency and cost-saving objectives. It also oversees the day-to-day delivery of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, workstations, and cloud services, ensuring service quality, resource management, and effective resolution of operational issues.
Please note the location of this role is Cardiff/ Redhill.

You are likely to bring:
- Experience leading, managing and developing a team of technology professionals
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship management and change management experience in large and complex matrix organisations
- Worked in an international environment with non-native English speakers and remote teams
- Professional experience in IT Projects implementation, undertaking an IT Architect or Technical Analyst role previously in addition to IT Project management
- Strong customer and employee focus and demonstrated ability to meeting requirements of business at a strategic and operational levels
- Experienced in Management of Senior Stakeholders and Corporate Governance
- Ease in oral expression and experienced in leading decision committees
- Professional experience in Technical Services / Service Desk activities
- Strong understanding of Technical and IT processes
- Interest in subject and desire to keep up to date with emerging technologies
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- Project Management qualification(s) (e.g PRINCEII, AGILE)
- Experience in project or program management

The main job responsibilities include:
- Provide expertise for implementing, managing and supporting Technical projects and Service desk activities for SFS UK.
- IT Security: the role is accountable to apply the PSSIB (Information System Security Policy of Stellantis Financial Services) and respect and follow all security metrics such PSAv3, backup, IT server patches. He is acting as Deputy CISO (IT cyber security officer) for the IT Director.
- ASL (Access rights) act as guarantor of all IT profile across SFS UK, performing annual review (per department / per application), responsible for all duties segregation liaising with the Compliance Director.
- Audit: in charge of all audit mission and all audit IT recommendation. Entry point for external, local and HQ audit.
- Responsible for the I.S RUN Level 1 (Network connection, hardware, Phone system, building equipment, laptop...), including local helpdesk and dealer network related to Point of Sale applications. This includes the management and oversight of four IT server rooms (2 in Redhill and Cardiff each).
- Supplier assessment and management: in charge of all new supplier assessment related to IT security points and guarantor for all yearly review.
- Responsible for the coordination/management with internal/external suppliers to ensure that the IT Infrastructure and IT Security of Stellantis Financial Services meet requirements.
- Must ensure the implementation of central/local IT strategy within SFS UK.
- Propose changes to infrastructure, processes and working practices to foster an environment of continual service improvement.
