Head of IT Service Improvement

London | Hybrid (Flexible Office Attendance)
Up to £96,000 + Generous Non-Contributory Pension + Excellent Holiday
2-Year Fixed Term Contract

We're supporting an organisation embarking on a significant technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Head of IT Service Improvement to join on a two-year fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Director of Information Services, you'll act as a trusted delivery partner, leading a portfolio of strategic IT service improvement initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, improve service maturity and support long-term technology transformation.

You'll lead initiatives including:

  • ITIL 4 and IT Service Management improvement
  • Cyber Security enhancement
  • IT Disaster Recovery and Operational Resilience
  • Supplier rationalisation and MSP transition
  • Service governance and continual improvement
  • Target Operating Model development
  • Infrastructure and technology modernisation

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll bring structure, pace and hands-on delivery to complex change programmes while ensuring improvements are embedded and deliver lasting value.
