Head of IT Service Improvement
London | Hybrid (Flexible Office Attendance)
Up to £96,000 + Generous Non-Contributory Pension + Excellent Holiday
2-Year Fixed Term Contract
We're supporting an organisation embarking on a significant technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Head of IT Service Improvement to join on a two-year fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Director of Information Services, you'll act as a trusted delivery partner, leading a portfolio of strategic IT service improvement initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, improve service maturity and support long-term technology transformation.

You'll lead initiatives including:
- ITIL 4 and IT Service Management improvement
- Cyber Security enhancement
- IT Disaster Recovery and Operational Resilience
- Supplier rationalisation and MSP transition
- Service governance and continual improvement
- Target Operating Model development
- Infrastructure and technology modernisation
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll bring structure, pace and hands-on delivery to complex change programmes while ensuring improvements are embedded and deliver lasting value.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience delivering large-scale IT service improvement and transformation programmes, including:

- IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Infrastructure transformation
- Cyber Security
- Disaster Recovery
- Supplier and vendor management
- IT operating model or service improvement initiatives
- Executive stakeholder management
- Delivery within complex or regulated environments
You'll be equally comfortable challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and rolling your sleeves up to drive delivery.
