Shape the future capability of WPS.
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Learning & Development to lead the delivery of a modern, data-driven L&D function that supports business performance, leadership capability, workforce skills and future talent pipelines.
Leading a team of L&D professionals and managing an L&D budget, you'll develop and deliver a learning strategy that aligns with our business priorities, ensures compliance, strengthens leadership capability and creates opportunities for employee growth and internal mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the WPS Learning & Development strategy.
- Lead leadership, capability, workforce development and early careers programmes.
- Oversee mandatory, statutory and SHEQ training, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Manage learning technologies, data, analytics and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing L&D team.
- Manage external learning providers, funding streams and supplier performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and build organisational capability.

- A proven track record of leading learning functions at scale.
