Our client are a diversified energy company looking to recruit a Head of Legal for their busy London legal team.
You will principally work on asset finance and corporate matters. For the right individual, a wider range of legal work will be on offer and there is an expectation you will sit alongside the business teams from day one. Someone with an interest and aptitude for commercial decision making will do really well here.

The successful candidate is likely to have 10+ PQE and currently be working in-house. You should have demonstrable experience of working on asset finance deals plus a wider range of corporate matters. Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered.
