Head of Lending – Short-Term Property Finance - Bridging Finance & Development Finance

Take the Next Step Towards Senior Leadership

We're exclusively partnering with a leading specialist property lender to appoint a Head of Lending within its Short-Term Lending division. This is an opportunity for an experienced lending professional to take on a broad, high-impact role spanning origination, underwriting, portfolio oversight and operations, while positioning themselves as a future leader within the business.

The Company

Our client is a well-established and highly respected specialist lender operating across bridging and development finance. Backed by an ambitious growth strategy and strong market reputation, the business combines the stability of a market-leading lender with the entrepreneurial culture of a growing organisation.

The Role

Working directly alongside divisional leadership, you'll act as the key link between sales, underwriting and operational teams, helping drive performance, growth and efficiency across the division.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
