DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small creative team at a senior level and to who work on premium content with global appeal and reach. You’ll be working with A list talent on screen and off, growing a slate of exciting new drama. You will be part of the powerhouse of our development effort across the globe. You’ll be responsible for working with writers to get scripts to green light stage. You’ll also provide creative guidance to producers and talent in the development of these shows, and be able to oversee these projects through production and post production. You will have an existing network of contacts in TV and film both internationally as well as the UK.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
You will have extensive experience in scripted series development. You’ll have proven pedigree in developing and commissioning successful drama series’ for mainstream broadcasters and/or streamers. You will have a proven track record of championing multiple projects from script to production. Extensive work experience in script editing, development is a must as well as ideally some exec producing experience. You will need to be credible and capable of offering creative input through production and in edit. A strong and relevant network with premium talent (producers, writers and directors) internationally as well as the UK. Extensive people leadership experience to an executive level.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing International creative teams.
- A deep understanding of the global content landscape, particularly the SVODs and strong networks in that space.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of how to collaborate closely with high end talent.
- We need a team-player, able to handle a myriad of responsibilities across a diverse slate of projects. This is a demanding, dynamic and high-volume position that requires a can-do thinker who is able to prioritize, pivot when necessary, and exercise initiative and good judgement.
- Fluency in English essential, preference for at least 1 further globally spoken language to business proficiency.
- Track record of successfully championing new voices, uncovering surprising talent or identifying unexpected IP.
- An accomplished manager with credits that demonstrate an ability to deliver on time and on budget programming consistently.
