The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a major loyalty programme's strategic vision and proposition.
- Balance long term transformation with flawless execution, ensuring the programme continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for the loyalty programme, aligning customer engagement with commercial objectives.
- Own overall programme performance, ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, governance and customer trust.
- Develop innovative loyalty propositions that increase engagement, personalisation and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Data and Technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to optimise programme performance and return on investment.
