Snozone operates three indoor real snow slopes in Madrid, Yorkshire, and Milton Keynes, offering skiing, snowboarding, and family sledging experiences.

Role Description
The Head of Maintenance – Snozone Milton Keynes is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at the Milton Keynes venue. This role leads the maintenance team in ensuring that snow equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, and facility infrastructure are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant standards. - Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinating maintenance and repair activities
- Monitoring equipment performance
- Managing contractors where required

The Head of Maintenance will collaborate closely with operations teams to minimise downtime and support a seamless guest experience. The role also involves budget management, maintenance reporting, continuous improvement of processes, and promoting sustainable practices aligned with Snozone’s environmental objectives.
The role requires an up-to-date electrical qualification (18th edition or equivalent).
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Maintenance Management, including oversight of Maintenance operations and team leadership.
- Proven skills in Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to design and implement proactive servicing schedules.
- Hands-on expertise in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems in a complex leisure or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance within a facilities or engineering context.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, suppliers, and service contracts.
- Ability to work on-site in Milton Keynes with a practical, solutions-focused approach and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant electrical qualification.
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, or snow sports environments and familiarity with sustainability-focused maintenance practices would be beneficial.
