Head of Management Accounts for Adult Services

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sirona's senior finance team as Head of Management Accounts for Adult Services. In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a high-performing management accounts team, delivering a comprehensive management accounting service that supports operational services across the organisation.

Leading the management accounts team, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality, forward-thinking financial service to our operational teams. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of management accounting within Sirona. Your expertise and leadership will help ensure we continue to deliver outstanding services and value for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Management Accounts team providing business information to the Adults and Specialist services divisions including:
    • Monthly management accounts
    • Costing projects, bids and tenders
    • Assessing business cases
    • Statutory accounts
