Overview
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth, partnerships, and market development across Europe. The Head of European Markets will lead regional strategy across priority source markets, with a focus on commercial performance, partner acquisition, brand visibility, and premium customer growth. The role is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in luxury travel, destination marketing, premium retail, or high-end tourism.
Scope of Services
Strategic Market & Partnership Leadership
- Drive market development strategies across key European territories to strengthen regional presence and unlock commercial growth.
- Identify, originate, and structure strategic partnerships with travel trade, luxury travel, mobility, accommodation, financial services, and tourism stakeholders across Europe.
- Define market-specific propositions and go-to-market plans for high-value audiences in priority European markets.
- Bring expertise and knowledge of membership programmes to support business development strategy, partner acquisition, and customer engagement across European markets.
Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Drive the regional commercial pipeline, including opportunity development, proposal leadership, negotiation, and agreement closure.
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and premium customer acquisition across priority European markets.
- Set regional priorities and allocate focus based on market performance, opportunity, and strategic relevance.
- Drive regional budget management, ensuring disciplined investment planning, ROI tracking, and alignment with commercial priorities.
Regional Marketing Strategy & Activation
- Lead regional marketing activations and partner campaigns aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent yet locally relevant storytelling and market positioning across European source markets.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against agreed KPIs, budgets, and regional priorities.

Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Market Management
- Lead strategic relationships with key partners, agencies, and public stakeholders across European markets.
- Ensure effective coordination across internal teams and external market representatives to deliver against regional objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop market-facing team members and external representatives, setting clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations across the region.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support planning, decision-making, and long-term growth.

- Clear market strategies and execution plans in place across priority European markets
- Secured high-value strategic partnerships and commercial agreements across Europe

Required Experience & Expertise
- Proven leadership experience across European markets within luxury travel, destination marketing, tourism, or related sectors
- Strong commercial, partnership, and business development expertise in international B2B and B2B2C environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market strategies and influence senior stakeholders across geographies
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and performance management capability
- Strategic, results-driven, and able to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced international environment

Location
This role can be based close to any of our European Villages. It is a hybrid role with frequent travel.
Starting Minimum Salary
96,000
