Head of Marketing
The Brand
Co-founded by Ellie Goulding in 2020, SERVED has quickly established itself as one of the fastest-growing FMCG brands in the UK. In September 2023, Heineken acquired a significant minority stake, marking a major milestone in the brand’s growth journey.
Our award-winning drinks are crafted for modern lifestyles without compromising on flavour. The range includes ready-to-drink cocktails and vodka & sodas, made using only the finest natural, sustainably sourced ingredients and premium spirits.
SERVED was the 2nd fastest-growing RTD spirit brand in the UK in 2025 and is now stocked in over 35,000 distribution points, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado, Spar, Dhamecha, Parfetts, Premier, Londis, Budgens, Bestway Group, and Booker Group.
The UK RTD category has grown 47.5% in the last five years and was worth £866m in 2024. The premium ready-to-drink cocktail category grew by an astonishing 87% last year, as consumers look to enjoy high-quality cocktails in a convenient and sustainable format; a trend that shows no signs of slowing down.
We are led by a team who are passionate about the brand and maintain exceptionally high standards in all aspects of the business. We’re looking for like-minded people who are entrepreneurial, self-starters, hungry and itching to make things happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
