Renewable Exchange is changing how renewable energy generators sell their power.

We run the UK’s PPA marketplace from our Bristol HQ, and we are growing into Germany with ambitions to grow into other markets into the future.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own our marketing function end to end. This is a senior role with a wide remit. You will set the strategy and you will deliver it, from top level planning right down to building and fixing the HubSpot workflows that make it run.

You will work alongside the senior commercial team to grow the Renewable Exchange brand, drive demand into our most important accounts, and support our colleagues in Germany. If you are a hands on, commercially minded marketer who wants real ownership in a purpose led scale up, we want to hear from you. We value potential as much as experience. Even if you do not tick every box, get in touch and help play an active role in the move to net zero!

Tasks

Strategy and leadership

  • Own the marketing strategy across the UK and Germany.
  • Sit within the senior commercial team, set direction and report on performance.
  • Own the marketing budget and report clearly on ROI and campaign performance.
  • Automate what you can to build scalable solutions and deliver authentic value with AI.

Account based marketing and demand generation

  • Top 10 focus. Run our ABM programme to serve even more Renewable Energy Generators.
  • Build targeted campaigns that bring our highest value prospects into the pipeline.
  • Generate inbound leads marketing qualified leads that align to our ICP.

Events

  • Own event strategy and delivery end to end. Events are the core of how we engage clients and where most of our marketing budget goes.
  • Be accountable for setting the commercial targets and measuring the return we get from event spend.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
