Head of Marketing | High-growth InsurTech | Full-Time | London (Hybrid) | up to £100,000
About the Company
As the Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic and operational engine behind the demand generation and market growth. Our client is a fast-scaling geospatial risk intelligence platform redefining how the insurance industry locates, understands, and prices risk. From rooftop-level geocoding and property attributes to climate, peril, and catastrophe modeling, they transform fragmented information into decision-ready intelligence for leading global insurers, MGAs, and Lloyd's syndicates.
Following a strategic investment partnership, they are entering an explosive new phase of growth - expanding their international footprint, scaling their technology, and accelerating their go-to-market engine.
Operating in a high-growth scale-up environment, they champion absolute autonomy, radical ownership, and operational agility. They move dynamically from start-up flexibility to scale-up discipline, empowering their people to execute without layers of bureaucracy or hand-holding. If a candidate thrives in a rapid-iteration, data-centric culture where they are trusted to define the GTM roadmap, make high-impact commercial decisions, and see their work directly drive the enterprise pipeline every single day, they will find a massive opportunity here.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role represents a complete reset of the marketing function. The business is looking for a data-led, commercially minded Head of Marketing to build their enterprise demand-generation foundation from scratch.
This is a true "builder" role designed for someone who loves both strategic vision and hands-on execution. Managing one direct report initially - with a mandate to scale the team in line with business growth - the successful candidate will wear many hats: from refining brand positioning and executing targeted ABM campaigns, to optimizing the lead funnel and configuring the modern martech stack. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales and product teams, this role is explicitly focused on turning demand into a qualified, revenue-generating pipeline across a small, well-defined set of target enterprise accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
