Salary: £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Local Partnerships is a joint venture between the Local Government Association, HM Treasury, and Welsh Government. The organisation helps the public sector deliver projects and change at the local level, providing trusted professional support and advice across areas including regeneration and housing, waste, infrastructure, mergers and shared services, commercial capability, and health and social care integration.
Founded in 2009, Local Partnerships is based in London, England and has 128 employees, including 5 in marketing.
About the Role
Local Partnerships LLP is looking for an experienced, commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function and help drive growth and profile. Reporting to the Communications Director, this role will develop and deliver marketing strategy, lead the marketing team, and ensure marketing activity supports business development, pipeline growth, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the annual marketing plan.
- Manage and develop the marketing team.
- Drive thought leadership and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead the CRM strategy to improve lead generation and pipeline management.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and strategic partnerships.
- Measure marketing performance, ROI, and commercial impact.
- Work closely with Practice Heads, Client Development, and Business Development to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in B2B, consultancy, or professional services marketing.
- Strong commercial mindset and experience delivering marketing that supports business growth.
- Experience developing marketing strategies.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong CRM experience.
- Strong analytics and performance reporting experience.

Compensation and Benefits
