About OryxAlign

Managed Services Provider with a well-established and growing brand and client base. The company has invested significantly in its people and business infrastructure over this period and continues to do so; we now employ more than one hundred staff in our UK, Cape Town, and Manila offices. OryxAlign's business model is based on three core elements: delivering an excellent service; client intimacy to develop trusted partnerships with a broad client base; and high levels of operational efficiency. In order to maintain relevance as a Managed Services Provider in an evolving market, we continue to make significant strides in all three areas. To support the company in its journey, we require the right talent, which we will reciprocally invest in.

About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to set direction for the company's marketing strategy, generate demand, and expand market presence in ways that support revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management, this role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, moves opportunities forward quickly, and connects strategy to execution across multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company's marketing strategy to expand market reach, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth
  • Own delivery of marketing activities aligned to the business plan, including campaign execution across digital, print, events, and partner channels
  • Manage the marketing budget, set priorities, and allocate resources to support agreed goals and performance targets
  • Generate sales leads through a range of marketing methods and work closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management to convert demand into new business opportunities
  • Monitor customer, campaign, and market data to identify trends, evaluate results, and adjust plans quickly based on performance
  • Oversee production of marketing materials, newsletters, website content, and social media activity to ensure messaging remains current and effective
  • Lead relationships with external agencies, vendors, partners, and freelance specialists to deliver campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and support a small marketing team, providing direction, coordination, and accountability for results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
