Cambria Automobiles Limited operate car, motorcycle, and commercial vehicle dealerships across England and Scotland, trading under local brand names including Grange, Invicta, Motorparks, and Pure Triumph. We represent some of the most prestigious and environmentally aware brands on the planet including JLR, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls Royce, Triumph, Omoda, Jaecoo, MG, Alpine, Corvette, INEOS, Mazda, and Chery.
We are in a once in a century change within the automotive industry and the Head of Marketing will shape and optimise Guest digital journeys, driving adoption and engagement as we move to a fully digital experience.
Main purpose of role:
- Manage all aspects of marketing for Cambria Automobiles.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the Group’s businesses performance.
- Develop and implement the efficient use of alternative organic marketing channels including but not limited to social media, partnerships, endorsements, and testimonials.
- Manage the quantity, quality, and acquisition costs for all enquiries into the businesses, sales, aftersales, remarketing, and new business acquisition.
- Manage, report on and develop the existing lead management system for full internal utilisation/ performance and market for external use.
- Review and report on the performance and compliance of all businesses with the agreed marketing strategies.
- Manage and develop the businesses CRM systems, processes, and performance to enhance results.
- This role is a field-based position, with an office provided in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
- Embrace and improve the quality of the Company’s already extensive database of over 500k of guests who have a relationship with us.
- Drive a project to develop the next generation of our website, transactional, and completely engaging for our guests.
- Drive a project to develop the next level of our social media activity to showcase our brands and products.

About You…
- Ideally with relevant experience but not necessarily trade-based.
- Experience in the development and positioning of our extensive portfolio of partner brands.
- Experience in maximising reach and exposure within budgeted constraints.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to marketing and promoting brands and products.
- Creative flair and commercially astute to achieve the ultimate objectives and to optimise growth.
- Be an entrepreneurial and confident leader with an ability to motivate the team to achieve their potential.
- Have a passion for digital products, to drive the best operational and commercial outcomes.
- Accustomed to strategically influencing senior leadership to shape and promote aspects of the marketing strategy and guest relationships as well as an ability to execute to tight timelines and in line with our budgetary controls.
- Lead strategy and execution for every guest-facing digital interaction, from discovery through retention. You will partner with operations to design personalised journeys, optimise conversion and lifetime value, and measure success with clear KPIs.
