About SpiNNcloud

SpiNNcloud is a deep-tech company building next-generation HPC and AI infrastructure for a world where brute-force compute is reaching its limits. Our chip and system architecture are designed to exploit sparsity at scale, focusing compute where it matters most while eliminating unnecessary computation everywhere else. SpiNNcloud delivers orders-of-magnitude gains in performance and efficiency, laying the foundation for what’s next in AI and HPC.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build and scale SpiNNcloud’s marketing function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can elevate how SpiNNcloud is understood in the market, build awareness with the right audiences, and turn company priorities into focused marketing programs that create visibility, support pipeline, enable revenue, and strengthen SpiNNcloud’s position in the AI and HPC infrastructure market.

The role is well suited to a senior marketing generalist or emerging marketing leader who wants to build in a lean, fast-moving deep-tech company — someone comfortable creating structure, driving execution, and scaling impact without relying on a large team or mature marketing infrastructure.

SpiNNcloud is building for a global AI infrastructure landscape shaped by some of the most ambitious technology companies in the world. This role is for someone who can help SpiNNcloud show up with that level of ambition — building a market presence that is credible, distinctive, and commercially relevant across Europe, the US, and the broader AI ecosystem.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen SpiNNcloud’s visibility, credibility, and commercial momentum. The role requires someone who can operate strategically, execute directly where needed, and coordinate internal contributors, senior advisors, agencies, and external consultants.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
