About Disseqt

Disseqt is the Assurance Layer for Enterprise AI Operations — a real-time platform to test & detect, protect & enforce, and prove & comply across the full AI agent lifecycle. We help enterprises, large system integrators (GSIs), and financial services institutions deploy AI with confidence, at scale, and in compliance with the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST, and FCA requirements.

We are headquartered in Dublin with growing teams in London and Bengaluru. We are at an inflection point: strong enterprise traction, a live commercial pipeline, and a product that the market urgently needs. This is the moment to build the marketing function that scales us.

The Role

This is Disseqt's first dedicated marketing hire. You will own the function entirely—strategy, execution, and everything in between. There is no team to inherit and no playbook to follow: you will build both from scratch.

Location: Roles are open to both Dublin and London based applicants.

You will report directly to the CEO and work alongside a lean, fast-moving leadership team. The mandate is clear: accelerate pipeline, sharpen positioning, and establish Disseqt as the definitive voice on enterprise AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Positioning

  • Own Disseqt’s go-to-market (GTM) narrative, from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition to category positioning in enterprise AI governance.
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets—not vanity metrics.
  • Translate complex AI assurance concepts into clear, compelling messaging for CISOs, compliance leaders, and AI risk teams.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and continuously sharpen Disseqt’s differentiation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Build and run demand generation programmes across content marketing, events, email campaigns, and paid channels.
  • Support the sales team with outbound campaigns, tailored collateral, and account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise targets.
  • Own the end-to-end funnel, from awareness to qualified pipeline contribution.
  • Develop partner co-marketing strategies with GSIs, tech suppliers, and channel partners.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build Disseqt’s content engine, including long-form content, social media, video, event presentations, and regulatory commentary.
  • Establish Disseqt (and its founders) as authoritative voices on the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and enterprise AI risk.
  • Manage LinkedIn presence, newsletters, and earned media; develop strong relationships with analysts and trade press.
  • Create sales-enabling content, including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, battle cards, and demo scripts.

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain and evolve Disseqt’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Own PR and communications, including press releases, media relations, awards, and industry recognition.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed, while ensuring in-house capability is built where required.
  • Represent Disseqt at conferences, panels, and industry events alongside leadership.

Key Requirements

Essential

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, with significant expertise in AI, compliance, or enterprise software.
  • Direct experience marketing AI products/platforms: strong grasp of technological implications, target buyer personas, and regulatory context.
  • Proven metrics-based track record as a qualified startup marketing leader—expertise in building functions from scratch and scaling impact effectively.
  • Enterprise marketing fluency: deep understanding of how large organisations close deals and how value in marketing aligns to downstream revenue.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of bridging technical and executive audiences (e.g., distilling complex conversations for both teams).
  • Data-driven behavioral mindset—able to own pipeline contribution targets, analyze performance metrics, and communicate their influence on business outcomes.
  • Hands-on by default: builds the framework, executes tasks, and ensures junior steps are followed (or completes them if needed).

Desirable-Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF), or similar AI regulatory frameworks.
  • Marketing experience specifically in financial services, GSIs, or regulated industries.
  • Proven community building/analyst relations experience—specializing in emerging tech niches and mentoring market definitions.
  • Day-to-day familiarity with operating in or across the Dublin or London markets, including understanding local buyer behavior.

For the Role

You’ll thrive if you find a blank page energising rather than daunting. You don’t wait for explicit instructions—instead, you move at speed, make tactical decisions with incomplete data, and adjust course as necessary. You’re equally comfortable:

  • Leading as the most senior person in the room for discussions.
  • Implementing tasks that would traditionally be assigned to junior hires.

Application Deadline: Friday, 31st July 2026.
